Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value your trust and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. The following outlines our policies regarding refunds and cancellations.
Refund Policy
If the user books a consultation session, you may reschedule it up to three times within 25 days. If, after rescheduling, you are still unable to connect with The Karan, you may cancel the service. However, a refund will only be issued if you submit a refund request to customer service within the specified refund time frame applicable to your product.
Refunds for Wrong Contact Number
Refunds will not be provided if the User provides an incorrect contact number, fails to maintain adequate network coverage, or does not answer the call once it is connected.
Server Issues & Duplicate Payments
- If your account has been debited, do not attempt payment again and immediately contact customer support to confirm.
- If your account has not been debited, you may safely initiate a fresh transaction.
Refund Criteria
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Network disruptions that affect chat/call sessions (e.g., weak signal, background noise, inaudibility).
- We are unable to communicate fluently in the language stated in their profile.
- If we take an unreasonably long time to respond.
Refund Timeline
Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of the payment. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund and Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Right to Modify or Cancel the Services
The Karan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, discontinue, or alter any service, in whole or in part, including the User’s registered account, without prior notice. The Karan may or may not provide reasons for such action.
If The Karan finds that any client is involved in negative activities, motivated by revenge, engaging in illegal and legal or medication-related matters, or acting against social ethics, the service will be terminated immediately without any further communication.
Breach of Terms
Any violation of the Terms of Usage shall result in the immediate suspension or termination of the User’s services and/or access to the platform.
Grounds for Termination
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, The Karan may cancel or terminate a User’s account and/or access to services under the following circumstances:
- Failure to verify or authenticate registration details or other information provided by the User.
- If The Karan determines that the User has submitted false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
- If the User interferes with the functioning of the platform, the experience of other Users, or the services.
- If the User violates The Karan’s Privacy Policy,Refund Policy, Terms and condition or any other applicable policies.
Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, the User’s access to the services shall be revoked immediately. The Karan shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising out of such termination/cancellation.
Official Communication & Fraud Prevention
The Karan never initiates calls, messages, or conversations with customers or clients from any source. Communication from The Karan occurs only when a client engages through our official channels, including the phone number +91 7520000333 and email info@thekaran.in.
