Sir aaj ka career ka session bohot achha tha. Apne samjhaya ki kaise job ya business mein improvement lane chahiye. Aur exam pe bhi kaise focus kare ye bhi explain kiya achhe se apne. Apne aur ek baat boli ki agar aap ek hi organization mein bohot saal se ho aur promotion ya growth nahi ho rahi to hume kya karna hai aur office politics ko bhi kaise handle kar sakte hai ye bhi samjhaya. Today session is very eye opening and very important to everyone who come to sir to slove their problem. Bcz I learned here that i set my goal, but my approach is wrong...I have to concentrate on process . The most important thing i learned in today session is three things1)effort 2)process 3)result.. We have to set our goal once and then we have to fully concentrate and focus on strategy process how can we do that, how to slove problem come in between them and how to tackle it. I also learned you should always plan for your secured carreer yous hould have back up plan. When you are working..in any field you are in job, businesss you have to keep your emotions in your pocket..
