First of all i would like to thanks karan sir for answering my question and clearing my doubts today, as a person who currently going through not one but two major changes in her life today’s session was like a breeze of fresh air to me. I had a lot of emotions bundled up, and had no idea what to do with or how to face them, Now i know keeping a track about problems is as important as keeping track about victories, I know rather than fighting with everything I just to track the root cause and learnt how to do that the easiest way Being positive us indeed a long and slippery journey yet fulfilling Discipline is key to succesful life And now i do have a guideline to start fresh my new year in a real way.
