Amazing session by sir Baut time bd sir ne itna lamba session rakkha it was so refreshing and nice I learned so many things today best was the fact how we should set boundaries and apply filters in our daily life, hum yeh soch k sabse share karte hai ki negativity kam ho lekin aaisa nahi hota hai we should keep our circle small and realise krna chahiye kisse share krna chahiye aur kisse nahi bcz galat insaan se share kar k aur uska sunn k negativity increase hoti hai decrease nahi And we should have clarity on what we want in life, be it career or personal relationships There is always a room for improvement.
